Do I need to be an account holder?
No. If you're a business customer you'll be invoiced in the conventional manor. However, if you're a residential customer you must pay cash or cheque on collection only.

How will I know my consignment got there?
You'll be contacted by phone or text (whatever you choose) as soon as the delivery is made.

Do you have a price list?
There are an infinate number of destinations, so there is no price list available.

What is a 'Dedicated delivery'?
A dedicated delivery is collected and delivered by the same driver and van. This ensures the fastest and safest delivery.

How long does it take to deliver a pallet via economy?
Officially, it takes 3 to 5 days in the UK. In practise, it is often sooner! What if I request

Next day delivery on a friday?
Your consignment will arrive on the following monday (except bank holidays). For saturday deliveries however, there is a surcharge.

What if I need something collected or delivered 'out of hours'?
Just call the usual number, a member of staff is nearly always available.
